2. What we collect

  • Mailing list: email address (required), first name (optional).
  • Contact form: name, email, subject and message you submit.
  • Site analytics: anonymised page-view data via privacy-respecting analytics — no cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies.

3. Why we collect it

  • To send you pre-sale codes, secret-show invites and gig recommendations (only if you've opted in).
  • To respond to enquiries you send via the contact form.
  • To understand which pages and shows are popular, so we can improve the site.

4. Lawful basis

We rely on your consent (you opt in to the mailing list), legitimate interest (responding to enquiries you send us), and legal obligation (keeping minimal financial records). You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or contacting us directly.

5. How long we keep it

Mailing-list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Anonymised analytics are aggregated and stored indefinitely.

7. Third parties

We use third-party providers to send emails, host the site and run the contact form. These providers process data on our behalf and never use it for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data, ever.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page and, where appropriate, communicated by email.
